- Incorrect pricing
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraud

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship within Canada, the USA, and select international locations.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order is handed over to the courier, Chwingum Design is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.

5. DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Chwingum Design is not responsible for customs delays or refused shipments.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy (see below).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
