RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Refunds: Within 14 days of delivery

  • Exchanges: Within 21 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With tags attached


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards

These items are final sale.


HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

Approved requests will receive return instructions.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.


EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.


STORE CREDIT

  • Store credit does not expire.

  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.


PRE-ORDERS

  • Pre-orders are charged at checkout.

  • Estimated fulfillment time: 2–4 weeks.

  • Pre-orders are eligible for return only if defective or incorrect.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.
